How do I cancel my order/service once it has been placed?

If you wish to cancel your one-time or recurring wholesale order, please send an email to delivery@caribbeanbluewater.com or call (844) 284 – BLUE (2583) as soon as possible. For recurring monthly wholesale orders, your cancellation will become effective with the next scheduled shipment. Please note that we are unable to cancel your one-time order once the product has shipped. Discounted and prepaid subscription orders (i.e. our 3, 6, and 12-month plans) cannot be cancelled or refunded. However you can have all your product delivered at once.

How do I modify my order/service once it has been placed?

If you have signed up for “My Account” while placing your order, you will be able to update your delivery address information within your account. Upon updating, your next order will automatically ship to your new address. To modify other components of your recurring or subscription order, such as quantities, delivery dates, etc., Please send an email to delivery@caribbeanbluewater.com or call (844) 284-BLUE(2583).

How do I get water automatically on a monthly basis?

You can order convenient monthly service by signing up for our recurring wholesale and subscription plans. Select the plan you would like to receive and place it in your shopping cart. Service will begin a few days after placing the order and will be shipped on the same day every month. Should you choose to modify your service please check your Caribbean Blue Water Account (login required) or call customer service at (844) 284-BLUE(2583) or email delivery@caribbeanbluewater.com.

Can I get delivery of Caribbean Blue Water products overseas?

No, not at the moment we only service the United States.

Can I get delivery of Caribbean Blue Water at my office or business location?

Yes. Caribbean Blue Water provides delivery service to homes, offices and business locations across the continental United States.


Can I receive a refund if my order arrived damaged or is missing?

We rarely encounter material damage or missed deliveries with our carrier. If you, however, feel that your product has arrived seriously damaged and is unfit for consumption, please contact us immediately at (844) 284-BLUE(2583) or email us at delivery@caribbeanbluewater.com. We will work with you as best as possible to confirm the issue and send a replacement product if appropriate. For deliveries deemed missing, please allow up to 10 business days since placing your order before contacting us to ensure that the carrier has had sufficient amount of time to deliver your shipment.

What if I received the wrong product?

If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service at (844) 284-BLUE(2583) or email us at delivery@caribbeanbluewater.com. We will gladly replace your shipment with the appropriate item free of charge.

What is your return policy?

At this time Caribbean Blue Water does not accept returns.


Can I ship my order to multiple location/addresses?

At the moment, we are unable to provide shipping to multiple destinations within the same order. Please place separate orders if you wish to have multiple cases of Caribbean Blue Water delivered to two or more addresses, FREE of charge.

Can I track my order?

Is expedited delivery service available?

Expedited delivery is offered at an additional surcharge of $9.95.

How will my order be shipped?

The vast majority of orders is shipped ground and should arrive within the next few days. In certain markets or under special circumstance (e.g. large quantity orders), your delivery may arrive via a special delivery service.

When will my order be shipped?

Often, your order will be shipped on the same day it was placed. If your order was placed after 11am PST or over the weekend it will typically ship on the following business day.


What is the shelf life for Caribbean Blue Water?

Caribbean Blue Water uses the standard “best by” date for all water sold in the United States of two years. The “best by” date can be found on the back of each Caribbean Blue Water bottle, beneath the label. The FDA does not require an expiration date.

Does Caribbean Blue Water's packaging contain Bisphenol A (BPA)?

No, Caribbean Blue Water packaging is not made with Bisphenol A (BPA), a chemical intermediate used to make plastics and resin. Caribbean Blue Water bottles have never contained BPA and are biodegradable.

What kind of plastic does Caribbean Blue Water use to make their bottles?

Caribbean Blue Water’s bottles are made from high-grade PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plastic, which is designated with the #1 code at the bottom of the bottle. The FDA approves PET as safe for contact with food and beverages. PET is also fully recyclable and can be transformed into a number of products such as food and beverage packages, apparel, carpet, automotive parts, and construction materials. Please check with your local municipality to see if PET is recyclable in your area. You can also search for local recycling centers and services at http://earth911.com.

What is the pH of Caribbean Blue Water?

Caribbean Blue Water’s pH is 7.6.  Drinking and natural water can range in pH due to dissolved minerals and gases. Solutions with a pH of less than 7 are said to be “acidic” and those higher than 7, “alkaline”.

Does Caribbean Blue Water have electrolytes?

Caribbean Blue Water has 100% naturally occurring electrolytes, such as sodium, potassium, magnesium and chloride. These electrolytes give Caribbean Blue Water its signature soft mouth-feel and smooth taste.

If you purchased a Recurring or Subscription Plan you will see additional orders placed in My Account. These are shipping orders from our warehouses and not additional transactions or double transactions. This is an easy way for you to keep track of the shipments.
